Warranty. Our products are built to last. We stand by the quality and durability of our MID laser system with a full 3-year parts and service warranty.
Replacement service guarantee. Because we understand the importance of the MID laser system in your practice, Irradia offers a replacement service guarantee within the warranty period. This means, we will trouble shoot the instrument together with you as soon as you contact us, and if necessary, we will ship a replacement unit to you while we service your instrument in-house.
Support. Your MID laser purchase comes with extensive educational material and instrument training. In addition, Irradia will continue to support your laser therapy practice by being available to answer your questions, share our expertise, and provide you with learning opportunities and resources.
